Let us assume that above specs are enough for playing this game on medium with very acceptable frame rates (40 - 55?):
CPU (compared yours to recommended): + 0,26 GHz, =FSB(the same), - 1MB L2 cache --> .... no loss in fps ....
Graphics card: when you're right about (x2), I think I just say: "no problem" on DX9 or DX10(supported by card = yes, supported by OS = ? (Vista or 7?)
RAM: 3GB DDR2 533MHz(recommended, because of the 1066MHz CPU FSB) <-------> 4GB DDR2 667MHz(yours) = no problem
...and you want to play on 1600 x 900? Don't worry about that ;-)
