In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 6850 Toxic 1GB Edition are marginally better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Power Edition OC 1GB.

The GTX 650 Ti has a 173 MHz higher core clock speed and 16 more Texture Mapping Units than the HD 6850. This results in the GTX 650 Ti providing 24.2 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 650 Ti Power Edition OC 1GB is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
This edition features a new and better cooling system called Cyclone II Thermal Design with Dust Removal technology and an increase in the central clock that went from 928MHz to 993MHz. The Memory clock was left untouched.
The overclocking is relevant and benchmarks indicate there's a 4% boost when compared to the reference GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
Radeon HD 6850 Toxic 1GB Edition is a special edition of the Radeon HD 6850. See the page of the standard edition for more information about it.
The new features include increases in the core and memory clocks that went from 775MHz to 820MHz and from 1000MHz to 1100MHz, respectively. A better cooling system is also included.
The performance increase is of about 6% when compared to the reference card.
