In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 MSI OC 2GB Edition are massively better than the AMD Radeon HD 7660D + 6670 Dual.

The HD 7660D has no core clock speed set, so any comparison between Texture and Pixel Fill Rates is not currently possible.

The GTX 660 was released less than a year after the HD 7660D, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

The GTX 660 has 2048 MB video memory, but the HD 7660D does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The GeForce GTX 660 MSI OC 2GB Edition has 960 Shader Processing Units and the Radeon HD 7660D + 6670 Dual has 760. However, the actual shader performance of the GTX 660 is 1029 and the actual shader performance of the HD 7660D is 0. The GTX 660 having 1029 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GTX 660 delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the HD 7660D.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 660 MSI OC 2GB Edition is a special edition of GeForce GTX 660.
The new features include the Propeller Blade Technology solution which generates 20% more airflow than traditional fan design, according to MSI.
In terms of overclocking, the base-clock was increased from 980MHz to 1006MHz and the boost clock can now reach 1072MHz, instead of 1033MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
The overclocking is therefore somewhat significant and the performance boost is around 5% when compared to the standard GeForce GTX 660.
Radeon HD 7660D + 6670 Dual is a combination of a Radeon 7660D (integrated graphics) with a Radeon HD 6670 (dedicated).
This combination is called Asymmetric CrossFire and can also lead to Micro Stuttering.
We do not know much about this GPU at the moment but it appears to be 4% worse than a single Radeon HD 6670 performing by itself but in some cases it might be worse or better.
