In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Intel HD Graphics 4400 Desktop are very slightly better than the AMD Radeon HD 7560D.

The Graphics 4400 has no core clock speed set, so any comparison between Texture and Pixel Fill Rates is not currently possible.

The Graphics 4400 was released less than a year after the Radeon HD 7560D, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

The HD Graphics 4400 Desktop and the Radeon HD 7560D have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The Radeon HD 7560D has 4.3 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the Graphics 4400, which means that the memory performance of the Radeon HD 7560D is marginally better than the Graphics 4400.

The HD Graphics 4400 Desktop has 80 Shader Processing Units and the Radeon HD 7560D has 256. However, the actual shader performance of the Graphics 4400 is 0 and the actual shader performance of the Radeon HD 7560D is 126. The Radeon HD 7560D having 126 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the Radeon HD 7560D delivers a marginally smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the Graphics 4400.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewIntel HD Graphics 4400 Desktop is a variant of Intel HD Graphics 4600 Desktop, for ULV processors.
It features 20 Execution Units (80 Shader Processing Units) and its central-unit speed will range between XXXMHz and 1150MHz (Turbo Boost) and that the fastest memory supported is DDR3-1600 meaning its memory-clock will operate at 800MHz, at the most.
Compared to Intel HD Graphics 4600 Desktop, its performance is only slightly lower but its TDP is significantly lower.
Radeon HD 7560D is an embedded GPU on the high-end Trinity CPUs A8-5500 and A8-5600K.
Since the GPU doesn't have dedicated memory, the bandwidth will depend on the system ram speed which can be up to 1866MHz (the max speed supported by the CPU). Therefore, the max memory speed is 933MHz.
Its core-clock is clocked at 760MHz and comes with 256 Shader Processing Units.
Radeon 7560D's performance depends a lot on driver support and varies from game to game in a way games in the same category (demanding, very demanding, etc) can be unplayable at the lowest settings or might run at medium/high settings.
