Radeon R7 250 2GB offers a GCN 1.1 Core codenamed Oland PRO and thus features 384 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 8 ROPs, on a 128-bit bus width of fast GDDR5. While the central unit runs at 1000MHz and goes up to 1050MHz, in Turbo Mode, the memory clock operates at 1150MHz.
The 2GB frame buffer will not boost its performance and can be addressed as a gimmick - marketing to lure consumers into paying more for the same product.
With a rated board TDP of 65W, it requires no extra power connectors.

Its performance is overall similar to previous Radeon HD 7750 and up to 10% faster than the DDR3 v2 version. However, at lower resolutions, both cards offer similar performance.
GeForce GTX 750 Zotac 1GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750.
This edition comes with a custom cooling cooling solution which by itself will allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 750 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Furthermore, it comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was raised from 1020MHz to 1033MHz, while the Turbo Boost is now of 1111MHz, instead of 1085MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched.
Further overclocking can be achieved easily, as the GPU has great OC potential.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is around 1% better than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 and thus Radeon R7 260X is still faster.
