In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Zotac 1GB Edition are significantly better than the Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition.

GeForce GTS 450 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition is a special edition of NVIDIA's fast-middle-class GeForce GTS 450, created by Gigabyte.

Overclock Out of The Box
The Central Unit is now of 830MHz, instead of 783MHz while the Operating Memory Clock remains the same.

Cooling Solution
The Cooling System was replaced by Gigabyte's WindForce 2X - Smart dust-reducing Solution which is equipped with anti-turbulence inclined fins, ultra quiet PWM fan and pure copper heat pipe. It effectively minimizes the flow of turbulence between two fans and also provides dust reduction function. Users can choose Dual Power Mode and Smart Alternate Mode to reach remarkably silence or power cooling.

Performance
Benchmarks indicate a 4% performance boost over the reference GeForce GTS 450.
GeForce GTX 750 Zotac 1GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750.
This edition comes with a custom cooling cooling solution which by itself will allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 750 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Furthermore, it comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was raised from 1020MHz to 1033MHz, while the Turbo Boost is now of 1111MHz, instead of 1085MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched.
Further overclocking can be achieved easily, as the GPU has great OC potential.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is around 1% better than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 and thus Radeon R7 260X is still faster.
