In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MB are significantly better than the Intel HD i7 3840QM.

The HD i7 3840QM has a 50 MHz higher core clock speed than the HD 6750M, but the HD 6750M has 20 more Texture Mapping Units than the HD i7 3840QM. As a result, the HD 6750M exhibits a 11.8 GTexel/s better Texture Fill Rate than the HD i7 3840QM. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The HD i7 3840QM has a 50 MHz higher core clock speed than the HD 6750M, but the HD 6750M has 6 more Render Output Units than the HD i7 3840QM. As a result, the HD 6750M exhibits a 3.5 GPixel/s better Pixel Fill Rate than the HD i7 3840QM. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The HD i7 3840QM was released over a year more recently than the HD 6750M, and so the HD i7 3840QM is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the HD 6750M.

The HD 6750M has 512 MB video memory, but the HD i7 3840QM does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The HD i7 3840QM has 16 Shader Processing Units and the Radeon HD 6750M 512MB has 480. However, the actual shader performance of the HD i7 3840QM is 83 and the actual shader performance of the HD 6750M is 144. The HD 6750M having 61 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the HD 6750M delivers a noticeably smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the HD i7 3840QM.

The HD i7 3840QM transistor size technology is 18 nm (nanometers) smaller than the HD 6750M. This means that the HD i7 3840QM is expected to run slightly cooler and achieve higher clock frequencies than the HD 6750M.

The HD i7 3840QM requires 45 Watts to run but there is no entry for the Radeon HD 6750M 512MB.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewN/ARadeon HD 6750M 512MB is one of the variants of the Radeon HD 6750M. Check its page to know more about its chip.
This GPU benefits from a 1GB frame buffer. When a GPU runs out of dedicated memory, it will resort to system memory which is much slower (especially here - DDR3 VS GDDR5) which will become a bottleneck for the GPU itself.
Therefore its performance is overall slower than the 1GB version but it will depend on the 3D application + resolution and settings used.
