The Central Unit is now of 980MHz, instead of 970MHz.

Frame Buffer
The Frame Buffer was doubled to 4GB: a gimmick which doesn't yield any performance boost and can be considered marketing to lure consumers into paying more for the same product.

Radeon R9 370 (OEM) is, an OEM only, Performance Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Graphics Core Next Architecture.

The GCN Architecture succeeds the 40nm Terascale Architecture. In addition to being produced with a 28nm Technology, the GCN Architecture adds other Technologies that allow for energy efficiency. For example, ZeroCore Power, a long idle power saving technology, allows the Graphics Cards to shut down by itself when the Monitor is turned off.
GCN also adds Improved Anisotropic Filtering, DirectX 11 Tessellation and the Partially Resident Textures (PRT) Technology, which enables future games to utilize ultra-high resolution textures with the same performance as today's small and often repetitive textures.

It equips a GPU Codenamed Pitcairn PRO which is was previously used on Radeon HD 7850. It offers 1024 Shader Processing Units, 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The central unit runs at 925MHz and goes up to 975MHz, in Turbo Mode.

The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 1400MHz.

DirectX 12.0 Support (11.0 Hardware Default) and support for Crossfire, Mantle, PowerTune, Eyefinity, ZeroCore, HD3D, App Acceleration and other technologies.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 150W, it requires at least a 500W PSU with two available 6-pin connectors.

Radeon R9 370 (OEM) is essentially a fast Radeon R7 265. Therefore, its performance stands somewhere between Radeon R7 265 and the faster Radeon R7 270.
