In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon R9 370 (OEM) are very slightly better than the AMD Radeon R7 360X.

Radeon R7 360X is a Fast-Middle-Class Graphics Card based on the Second Revision of the Graphics Core Next (GCN) Architecture.

Architecture
The GCN 1.2 revision of the Graphics Core Next Architecture improves memory bandwidth performance which allows AMD to produce Graphics Cards with smaller data transfer rates without causing too much impact on the overall performance. This is done by using lossless delta color compression.
GCN 1.2 also adds improved Tesselation and video encoding/decoding performance as well as DirectX 12.0 Support.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Tobago XT which has 16 Compute Units activated and thus offers 896 Shader Processing Units, 56 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The Central Unit is initially clocked at 1100MHz and goes up to 1150MHz, in Turbo Mode.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 128-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 1625MHz.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 120W, it requires at least a 500W PSU with one available 6-pin connector.

Radeon R9 370 (OEM) is, an OEM only, Performance Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Graphics Core Next Architecture.

Architecture
The GCN Architecture succeeds the 40nm Terascale Architecture. In addition to being produced with a 28nm Technology, the GCN Architecture adds other Technologies that allow for energy efficiency. For example, ZeroCore Power, a long idle power saving technology, allows the Graphics Cards to shut down by itself when the Monitor is turned off.
GCN also adds Improved Anisotropic Filtering, DirectX 11 Tessellation and the Partially Resident Textures (PRT) Technology, which enables future games to utilize ultra-high resolution textures with the same performance as today's small and often repetitive textures.

It equips a GPU Codenamed Pitcairn PRO which is was previously used on Radeon HD 7850. It offers 1024 Shader Processing Units, 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The central unit runs at 925MHz and goes up to 975MHz, in Turbo Mode.
