GeForce GTX 965M 4GB SLI is a solution of two GeForce GTX 965M 4GB put together using NVIDIA's SLI technology.

Architecture
The Second variant of the Maxwell Architecture, despite being also manufactured with a 28nm technology, has an extremely large L2 Cache and features a Third Generation Delta Color Compression which allows NVIDIA to produce Graphics Cards with relatively small memory data transfer rates, without causing too much impact on the overall performance. Furthermore, the Shaders have been redesigned and are both more powerful and energy efficient.

GPU
It consists of 2 GPUs Codenamed GM204-N16E-GS which, together, offer 2048 Shader Processing Units, 128 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The central unit runs at 924MHz and goes up to 950MHz, in Turbo Mode.

Memory
Each GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 128-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 1253MHz.

Power Consumption
Power Consumption is around 100W.

Performance
Gaming benchmarks prove that at 2560x1440, the best suited resolution, GeForce GTX 965M 4GB SLI is around 10% faster than a Single GeForce GTX 980M.

Overview
GeForce GT 750M v4 is a Fast-Middle-Class Mobile Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Kepler Architecture.

Architecture
The Kepler Architecture was NVIDIA's big step to power efficiency. Each Stream Multiprocessor (SMX) now hosts 192 Shader Processing Units - against the 48 of older Fermi Architecture, and has been redesigned being now clocked at the same speed of the Central Unit. This means they are more energy efficient and will consequently lead to cooler operating temperatures. However, it also means they are weaker. It can be said that one Fermi SMX is as fast as 2 Kepler SMXs.
Additionally, and not available in all GPUs, Kepler also introduced the Boost Clock Feature. The Boost Clock is an even higher Clock Speed activated when in gaming mode and becomes the effective speed of the GPU.

It equips a GPU Codenamed GK107-N14P-GT which has 2 Stream Multiprocessors activated and thus offers 384 Shader Processing Units, 32 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The Central Unit is initially clocked at 941MHz and goes up to 1058MHz, in Turbo Mode.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 128-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is exaggerated and no way benefits the GPU. The Memory Clock Operates at 1000MHz.

Gaming benchmarks indicate its performance is only slightly below the desktop GeForce GTX 650.
