In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 2050 are very slightly better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Inno3D 2GB.

The GeForce GTX 2050 and the GTX 1050 have both the same core clock speed and the same Texture Fill Rate. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GeForce GTX 2050 and the GTX 1050 have both the same core clock speed and the same Pixel Fill Rate. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

Both the GeForce GTX 2050 and the GeForce GTX 1050 Inno3D 2GB were released at the same time, so are likely to be quite similar.

Both GPUs exhibit very powerful performance, so it probably isn't worth upgrading from one to the other, as both are capable of running even the most demanding games at the highest settings.

The GeForce GTX 2050 has 2048 MB more video memory than the GTX 1050, so is likely to be much better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. However, the overall memory performance is about the same.

The memory bandwidth of the GeForce GTX 2050 and the GeForce GTX 1050 Inno3D 2GB are the same, which means the GeForce GTX 2050 and the GTX 1050 have equal limitations when it comes to graphical data transfer.

Both the GeForce GTX 2050 and the GeForce GTX 1050 Inno3D 2GB have 640 Shader Processing Units. While the two GPUs have the same number of SPUs, the actual performance delivered by the GTX 1050 is 1257 and by the GeForce GTX 2050 is 1257. Knowing that the shader performance of the GTX 1050 is superior, it is not necessary to examine the GPUs' respective Texture and Pixel Fill Rates.

The GeForce GTX 2050 requires 75 Watts to run and the GeForce GTX 1050 Inno3D 2GB requires 75 Watts. We would recommend a PSU with at least 300 Watts for the GeForce GTX 2050 and a PSU with at least 300 Watts for the GTX 1050. The two GPUs require the same amount of wattage to run. As such, there is no need to worry about which will more significantly affect your yearly electricity bills.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewOverview
The GeForce GTX 2050 is an expect Nvidia low-end graphics card due to launch in 2019. The GTX 2050 is designed to compete against AMD's more affordable gaming cards such as the RX 550 and the RX 560, and expected to replace the outgoing GTX 1050.

Architecture
The Turing Architecture aims for 30-50% as much performance as the previous-gen Turing Architecture.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Turing T107-400 which has [TBA] SM activated and thus [TBA] Shader Processing Units, [TBA] TMUs and [TBA] ROPs. The central unit runs at [TBA]MHz and goes up to [TBA]MHz with the Boost Clock.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 128-bit memory interface, while the memory clock Operates at 3504MHz.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 75W, it relies entirely on the PCI Slot for power, meaning no extra connectors are required.

Performance
The GTX 2050 will enable low to mid-level graphics performance on modern AAA 2018 released games. Although there will be variations on this frame rate we expect this card to deliver around 50+ FPS on medium graphics settings at a 1080p screen resolution.
Comparatively, this card will have slightly faster performance than the GTX 1050 Ti.

System Suggestions
The GeForce GTX 2050 is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1920x1080, so our recommendation would be to use 1600x900 in order to get the most out of your settings. We recommend a high-end processor such as the i5-7500 and 8GB of RAM for optimal performance.
Overview
The latest GeForce GTX 1050 Inno 3D edition is a small form factor version of Nvidia's lower end graphics card, designed to compete against AMDs more affordable gaming cards, like the RX 460 or RX 470 and expected to replace the outgoing GTX 960. it features Inno3D's iChill cooling system.

Architecture
The Pascal Architecture aims for twice as much performance as the Maxwell Architecture and Introduces support for Second Gen HBM.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed GP107-400 which has 5 SM activated and thus 640 Shader Processing Units, 40 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The central unit runs at 1354MHz and goes up to 1455MHz with the Boost Clock.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 128-bit memory interface, while the memory clock Operates at 3504MHz which is outstanding.
