In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti SLI are massively better than the AMD Radeon RX Vega 11.

This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The RTX 2080 Ti having 5928 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the RTX 2080 Ti delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the RX Vega.

The RTX 2080 Ti transistor size technology is 2 nm (nanometers) smaller than the RX Vega. This means that the RTX 2080 Ti is expected to run very slightly cooler and achieve higher clock frequencies than the RX Vega.

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti SLI requires 260 Watts to run but there is no entry for the Radeon RX Vega 11. We would recommend a PSU with at least 650 Watts for the RTX 2080 Ti and a PSU with at least 400 Watts for the RX Vega. The RTX 2080 Ti has been recommended a PSU with 250 Watts more than the RX Vega. The difference is significant enough that the RTX 2080 Ti may have an adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the RX Vega.
