In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti SLI are significantly better than the Nvidia Titan RTX.

The Titan RTX and the RTX 2080 Ti have the same core clock speed of 1350 MHz, but the Titan RTX has 16 more Texture Mapping Units than the RTX 2080 Ti. As a result, the Titan RTX exhibits a 21.6 GTexel/s better Texture Fill Rate than the RTX 2080 Ti. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.
