AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB Performance Review

This computer hardware provides top end graphics. The Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB will easily meet recommended system requirements of games released today. This is a strong benchmarker on modern games and can often return excellent frame rates at high and ultra 1080p. But the Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB can also run 1440p pc system requirements.

DirectX 12 gaming system requirements will be met by this gpu.

Game performance for the Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB where we look at the bigger games played in 2022. Looking closely at the graphics card frame rate performance on Ultra graphics settings at 1080p, 1440p and 4K screen resolutions. This card runs recommended graphics requirements of 985 games from the top 1000 most demanding games being played today.

First we looked at 1080p resolution for the Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB performance to explore what sort of benchmarks it would achieve on the popular title Days Gone and saw it deliver strong frames per second across the following graphics settings - Low: 226 FPS, Medium: 178 FPS, High: 120 FPS and Ultra: 86 FPS. We proceeded to look at Forza Horizon 5 to see how that compared and saw that it returned a good 75 FPS at Ultra 1080p.

Next up we increase screen res tests to accommodate the growing in popularity 1440p screen size. So we booted up Days Gone to see how the Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB dealt with it. It scored up a good series of FPS results across these graphics presets - Low: 172 FPS, Medium: 136 FPS, High: 91 FPS and Ultra: 65 FPS. Next we looked at Forza Horizon 5 which was reasonable with a 57 FPS at Ultra 1440p. And finally looked at Far Cry 6 that got an Ultra 1440p FPS of 43. In summary we feel the Radeon RX 5700 XT HIS 8GB running at 1440p is more than capable at running this screen resolution. 1440p Ultra across almost all modern games is going to be fairly standard with this GPU. We would consider moving this hardware up to 4K screen resolutions for PC gaming today.
