In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT MSI Gaming 6GB are significantly better than the AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB.

The AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT MSI Gaming 6GB is an mid-tier gaming Graphics Card based on the first (1.0) Revision of the RDNA Architecture.

Architecture
The Navi 10 XL GPU offers support for GDDR6 Memory, DirectX 12.0, Vulkan 1.0, and OpenGL 4.5.

GPU
This variant of the Navi 10 XL GPU features 36 Compute Units activated, offering 2304 Shader Processing Units, 144 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The GPU features a 1375 MHz base clock speed and up to 1560 MHz with boost clock, making it an estimated 20% slower than a Radeon RX 5700 8GB. This puts its predicted performance at roughly 20% faster than a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti.

Memory: Speed
The GPU is equipped with 6GB high-speed GDDR6 and accesses the Frame Buffer through a 192-bit memory interface, providing total memory bandwidth of 288 GB/s.

Memory: Frame Buffer
The GPU can fill up a Memory Pool of up to 6GB. Under most circumstances, this only proves useful in certain 3D Games whose Settings Require Large Amounts of Memory.
However,the GPU itself is aimed for 1080p Gaming. In some limited scenarios at 1440p resolution, 6GB video memory might be a bottleneck and Performance could be better were the Frame Buffer larger, however this would only be an issue in the most demanding games.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 150W, it requires at least a 550W PSU with available 8+8-pin connector.

AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB competes with GeForce GTX 1660 Ti which is available for $329.
System Suggestions
The Radeon RX 5600 XT MSI Gaming 6GB is best suited for resolutions up to and including 2650 x 1480 but is ideally suited for 1920 x 1080. For the most demanding AAA games it should be ideally suited to 1080p. We recommend a mid-tier CPU and at least 16GB of RAM for Optimal Performance.
Overview
First off we should point out that this is not the new AMD Vega graphics card line. The new AMD Radeon RX 500 series are an uprated version of the RX 400 series that they are replacing. This RX 580 4GB graphics card is one of the two more powerful models from the new AMD Radeon RX 500 Series.

This RX 580 is the 4GB version and there is also the RX580 8GB version available, offering more VRAM for your gaming performance.

Architecture
It equips a GPU codenamed Polaris 20 XTX, which has 2304 shader processing units, 144 TMUs and 32 ROPs.

GPU
The RX 580 4GB central processing unit runs at 1257MHz and goes up to 1365MHz when in boost and turbo mode.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface, while the Memory Clock operates at 2000MHz.

Power Consumption
The RX 580 4GB has a power TDP requirement of 150W. This means it will require at least a 500W PSU with one dedicated 8-pin connector.

Performance
Early benchmarks indicate that the AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB will be similar in performance to the Nvidia GTX 1060 in terms of gaming performance. This puts the RX 580 4GB about 8% faster than the model it replaced, the AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB. Comparing the RX 580 to RX 570 we see 1440p frame rates around 8-15% better with the RX580 version

System Suggestions
The new Radeon RX 580 4GB releases on the 18th April 2017 and is best suited for resolutions up to and including 2560x1440. We recommend a high-end processor, like the new Ryzen R5 and at least 8GB of RAM for optimal gaming performance.
