In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon RX 5700 8GB are very slightly better than the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT MSI Gaming 6GB.

The RX 5700 has a 280 MHz higher core clock speed and the same number of Texture Mapping Units as the RX 5600 XT. This results in the RX 5700 providing 40.4 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The Navi 10 XL GPU offers support for GDDR6 Memory, DirectX 12.0, Vulkan 1.0, and OpenGL 4.5.

GPU
This variant of the Navi 10 XL GPU features 36 Compute Units activated, offering 2304 Shader Processing Units, 144 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The GPU features a 1375 MHz base clock speed and up to 1560 MHz with boost clock, making it an estimated 20% slower than a Radeon RX 5700 8GB. This puts its predicted performance at roughly 20% faster than a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti.

Memory: Speed
The GPU is equipped with 6GB high-speed GDDR6 and accesses the Frame Buffer through a 192-bit memory interface, providing total memory bandwidth of 288 GB/s.
