In summary we feel the GeForce RTX 2080 Super Mobile running at 1440p is certainly capable of running larger monitor gaming at Ultra or High graphics settings.

Next we looked at Back 4 Blood which was playable with a 36 FPS at Ultra 1440p. And finally looked at Days Gone that got an Ultra 1440p FPS of 42. Running games at 1440p with a Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB is a suitable graphics card for this larger screen res. In some cases we might expect some graphics option tweaks down from Ultra to High to help improve FPS stability when gaming at 1440p.
