In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce 7050 are massively better than the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Asus TUF Gaming X3 EVO OC 6GB.
The RX 5600 XT was released over three years more recently than the GeForce 7050, and so the RX 5600 XT is likely to have far better driver support, meaning it will be much more optimized and ultimately superior to the GeForce 7050 when running the latest games.
Both GPUs exhibit very poor performance, so rather than upgrading from one to the other you should consider looking at more powerful GPUs. Neither of these will be able to run the latest games in any playable way.
The RX 5600 XT has 6016 MB more video memory than the GeForce 7050, so is likely to be much better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. This is supported by the fact that the RX 5600 XT also has superior memory performance overall.
The RX 5600 XT has 282.7 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the GeForce 7050, which means that the memory performance of the RX 5600 XT is massively better than the GeForce 7050.
The Radeon RX 5600 XT Asus TUF Gaming X3 EVO OC 6GB has 2304 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce 7050 has 2. However, the actual shader performance of the RX 5600 XT is 2651 and the actual shader performance of the GeForce 7050 is 1. The RX 5600 XT having 2650 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the RX 5600 XT delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the GeForce 7050.
The Radeon RX 5600 XT Asus TUF Gaming X3 EVO OC 6GB requires 150 Watts to run but there is no entry for the GeForce 7050. We would recommend a PSU with at least 450 Watts for the RX 5600 XT.

Mini Review | Overview The AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Asus TUF Gaming X3 EVO OC 6GB is an mid-tier gaming Graphics Card based on the first (1.0) Revision of the RDNA Architecture. Architecture The Navi 10 XL GPU offers support for GDDR6 Memory, DirectX 12.0, Vulkan 1.0, and OpenGL 4.5. GPU This variant of the Navi 10 XL GPU features 36 Compute Units activated, offering 2304 Shader Processing Units, 144 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The GPU features a 1375 MHz base clock speed and up to 1560 MHz with boost clock, making it an estimated 20% slower than a Radeon RX 5700 8GB. This puts its predicted performance at roughly 20% faster than a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. Memory: Speed The GPU is equipped with 6GB high-speed GDDR6 and accesses the Frame Buffer through a 192-bit memory interface, providing total memory bandwidth of 288 GB/s. Memory: Frame Buffer The GPU can fill up a Memory Pool of up to 6GB. Under most circumstances, this only proves useful in certain 3D Games whose Settings Require Large Amounts of Memory. However, the GPU itself is aimed for 1080p Gaming. In some limited scenarios at 1440p resolution, 6GB video memory might be a bottleneck and Performance could be better were the Frame Buffer larger, however this would only be an issue in the most demanding games. Power Consumption With a rated board TDP of 150W, it requires at least a 450W PSU with one available 8-pin connector. Performance AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB competes with GeForce GTX 1660 Ti which is available for $329. System Suggestions The Radeon RX 5600 XT Asus TUF Gaming X3 EVO OC 6GB is best suited for resolutions up to and including 2650 x 1480 but is ideally suited for 1920 x 1080. For the most demanding AAA games it should be ideally suited to 1080p. We recommend a mid-tier CPU and at least 16GB of RAM for Optimal Performance. | The GeForce experience is more affordable than ever with NVIDIA GeForce 7 Series motherboard GPUs, now for Intel-based PCs. *Immersive experiences on the latest applications and games. *Enjoy Windows Aero features such as Flip 3D, taskbar preview and translucent windows for a more productive computing experience. *Support for a full range of Intel CPUs (including Core™ 2, Pentium™ and Celeron™ CPU families), DDR2-800 memory and integrated HDMI or DVI display output. |
