While some games have more powerful requirements than this GPU, the GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q is only really challenged by the most demanding games released today, but normally it is more than capable of running games with a stable frame rate at 1080p.

Next up we increase screen res tests to accommodate the growing in popularity 1440p screen size. So we booted up Days Gone to see how the Radeon RX 5950 XT dealt with it. It scored up a good series of FPS results across these graphics presets - Low: 187 FPS, Medium: 148 FPS, High: 99 FPS and Ultra: 71 FPS. Next we looked at Star Citizen which we predict will be good with a 71 FPS at Ultra 1440p. And finally looked at Battlefield 2042 that got an Ultra 1440p FPS of 41. Getting popular modern games to run at 1440p on the Radeon RX 5950 XT is a strong choice at these screen resolutions. With Ultra graphics settings being regularly reached at 1440p gaming its easy to consider bumping up the screen size to 4K for this graphics card.
