GeForce GTX 660 3GB (OEM) Game Requirement Analysis
GeForce GTX 660 3GB (OEM) is a high-end Graphics Card based on the 28nm, Kepler architecture.
It offers the GK104-200-KD-A2 GPU which features 1152 Shader Processing Units, 96 TMUs and 24 ROPs, on a 192-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5.
While the central unit runs at 823MHz and goes up to 888MHz, in turbo mode, the memory clock operates at 1400MHz.
When compared to the 1.5GB version, the frame buffer was doubled to 3GB though this will not boost its performance and can be addressed as a gimmick - marketing to lure consumers into paying more for the same product.
It is an OEM card that despite the core differences, performs similar to the retail version.
