Would a 450w psu from FSP be enough to run this card combined with an i5-3350p?

It's possible but it will still be very tight. Do you have a link to the specific PSU spec page, or do you know the 12V value? If it's a PSU you've had for some time now, it may not deliver all the labeled wattage for being deteriorated; AMD specifies 500W for HD7850, this GPU takes around 21A.

Well, the psu is fairly new, anyway here are the specs that were labeled on the psu:
AC INPUT: 230-240v- , 5A, 50-60 Hz
DC OUTPUT: 450W
+3,3V---15,0A(ORANGE), +5V---21,0A(RED)
+12V1---20,0A(YELLOW), +12V2---18,0A(YEL/BLACK)
+5V---2,5A(PURPLE), -12V---0,3A(BLUE)
ATE=OK

Should work swiftly, although cutting it just a tad short. Leaving your system at stock levels will stay within your PSU capabilities. Regardless it's as far as you could upgrade, 450W will not push much further for possible future upgrades, but still work OK for the time being :)

Do not relay on specification stickers.Unless you are using psu made by a respectable brand,those numbers mean nothing.

yes it can it cost about the same as psu you want to buy so if its cost 60$ that much will cost you to change it unless there is some action old for new or that kind so it cost less.

Yes you can replace the power supply. A good PSU price oscilates from country to another; if you are buying this HD7850, I would recommend a 500W or 550W certified with 80+, those will deliver the required amperage to power your rig without any hiccups.

So with FX-6300 would 500W be enough to run this system. I am thinking of buying thermaltake lt500 but i dont know if Wattage would be enough.

Wouldn't put it. Litepower usually by default has -100 watts less max output than advertised and is generally not a great unit. If you want to put a 500W in there tho i'd go with 600 u need a really good quality brand

This gpu will be a little bottlenecked by your cpu (maybe 10-15%). It would however be a more future-proof upgrade. You will see a ginormous difference, and you psu is sufficient.

If you play at least in HD resolution (1920x1080) go for 2GB. Otherwise this card is also a good choice.

If you are aiming mainly for gaming, go for FX-4000 series :D FX-4170 will perform nicely with this card in a higher resolution, otherwise it could present a very slight bottleneck for HD 7850, but even still nothing too noticeable. BTW also keep in track of a RAM upgrade ;)
