Looking closely at the graphics card frame rate performance on Ultra graphics settings at 1080p, 1440p and 4K screen resolutions. We look at 1000 of the most demanding games available today and this GPU is better than the recommended graphics requirement of more than 235 games in the list.

Now onto the frame rates achieved at 1080p. We are seeing Forza Horizon 5 getting 22 FPS with the Radeon HD 7970 GHz Matrix Platinum Edition, Battlefield 2042 getting 0 FPS and Far Cry 6 getting 0 frames per second. All run on Ultra at 1920x1080 screen res.

First off we have looked at Forza Horizon 5 where it was weak. The frame rates it scored for the game presets were - Low: 43 FPS, Medium: 34 FPS, High: 23 FPS and Ultra: 16 FPS. We added Battlefield 2042 to our tests and saw it was weak with a 0 FPS at Ultra 1440p.
