Radeon HD 7970 GHz Matrix Platinum Edition Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon HD 7970 GHz Matrix Platinum Edition is a special edition of Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition.
The new features include a core-clock raise from 1000MHz to 1050MHz (and 1100MHz in Turbo Mode) while the operating memory clock was increased from 1500MHz to 1650MHz. A new cooling system called DirectCU II was installed which should keep Radeon HD 7970's temperatures low under extreme loading while producing less noise.
The performance boost is around 3% when compared to standard Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition despite its extreme memory overclock which does not boost its performance.
