Which is the best performing GPU I can purchase for my current rig without bottlenecking it nor my CPU? Also, don't mind the PSU it will be replaced with a Corsair RM750 or something alike.

According to the description this should be 5% better than the GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition but it displays that the GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition is 21% better than this card. Is this an error?

the ti boost is better because it packs the technology found in the gtx 660
and the gtx 650 ti is in the mid range class and the boost edition is more a mid to high end class

400 w is the recomended minimum power supply for your entire system(cpu, gpu, hard drives etc) if you have this card.there is no info for this version but the regular 650ti use a max of 85watts
