Radeon HD 3470 Game Requirement Analysis
Radeon HD 3470 is a middle-class GPU based on the 55nm, second unified shader architecture, R600.
It's based on the RV620 PRO Core and offers 40 Shader Processing Units, 4 TMUs and 4 ROPs a 64-bit memory interface of standard GDDR3. The central unit runs at 800MHz and the memory clock runs at up to 950MHz.
Compared to Radeon HD 3450, it's significantly faster due to having extra memory bandwidth and only consumes up to 5 more Watt. This is possible due to featuring GDDR3 (which allows higher operating memory clocks and is more energy efficient). The central unit's 200MHz also plays a decisive role between the playable and unplayable.
Only today's modern, forgiving, games can be played at decent settings. DirectX 11 games aren't supported.
