GeForce GTX 660 DA OC 2GB Edition a special edition of GeForce GTX 660. Check the page of the reference card to know more about its core.
The new features include overclocking in the central unit which was raised from 980MHz to 1006MHz whereas the boost clock can now reach 1058MHz, instead of 1033MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
The overclocking is not very significant and so expect at most a performance boost of around 2% when compared to the standard GeForce GTX 660.

the motherboard means that it is made by a company called gigabyte, the chipset is 760g (like how you have different chipsests for different purposes) e.g. intel has the z77 chipset for overclocking, usually for the K CPU, they also have the h77 for the non-k CPU, this has no OC ability. AM3+ is the platform, the fx 6120 is an AM3+ CPU, mATX is the size, mATX is the small one, ATX is standard and EATX is huge. TBH I'd get a 970 chipset motherboard with that CPU
