Radeon HD 7790 DirectCU II OC Edition Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon HD 7790 DirectCU II OC Edition is a special edition of the performance Radeon HD 7790.
This edition comes with a cooling solution called DirectCU II, which achieves 20% lower temps and vastly quieter performance than reference with direct-contact copper heatpipes and dual fans, according to Asus. It also comes overclocked out of the box in the core-clock to 1075MHz and on the memory clock to 1600MHz, though the latter might prove useless, as this card might not benefit from extra bandwidth.
Benchmarks indicate a 5% performance boost when compared to the reference card.

Yeah, that won't be enough. You'll need at least an 500W PSU, but make sure to avoid cheap unknown PSUs.

Yeah, it will be a decent rig, although the i5-4440 can take more powerful gpus without bottlenecking them.
