GeForce GTX 750 Ti EVGA FTW W/ ACX 2GB Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 750 Ti EVGA FTW W/ ACX 2GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750 Ti.
This edition comes with a custom cooling cooling solution which by itself will allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 750 Ti benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Furthermore, it comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was raised from 1020MHz to 1189MHz, while the Turbo Boost is now of 1268MHz, instead of 1085MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched. Further overclocking can be achieved easily, as the GPU has great OC potential.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is over around 8% better than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti and thus this card is as fast as Radeon HD 7850 and GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition.

If I get this card could I possibly overclock it past the PNY GTX's speeds, giving me even better performance, or is this card too much of a hassle to overclock and to get stable.

This is a great gpu but its only worth it to get it when newegg puts it on sale for $129. Right now, its $165, which is fcking outrageous. If your not on budget, get its little cousin; the evga gtx 750 ti 2 gb. You won't get bottleneck with either card but how much you want to pay for a 750 ti is the question.

Open GL is an API that interacts with the GPU to provide hardware accelerated rendering. Basically it renders things and is used in anything from design software to games. Hope this helps.

This card has very efficient power usage, so you don't need a big PSU. 500W should easily be enough :)
