Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition
10 Aug 2021 - Graphics card reviewed

Based on current gaming requirements the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition is considered one of the weakest cards and wont meet modern AAA game specs.

Capable of running games with up to a DirectX 11 requirement.

Lets look at the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition game performance guide for some of the biggest games played in 2022. In particular we will see how well this graphics card runs on Ultra settings on 1080p resolution as well as 1440p and 4K. This card runs recommended graphics requirements of 141 games from the top 1000 most demanding games being played today.

First we looked at 1080p resolution for the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition performance to explore what sort of benchmarks it would achieve on the popular title Back 4 Blood and saw it deliver weak frames per second across the following graphics settings - Low: 62 FPS, Medium: 49 FPS, High: 33 FPS and Ultra: 24 FPS. We proceeded to look at Far Cry 6 to see how that compared and saw that it returned a weak 0 FPS at Ultra 1080p.

Increasing resolution to 1440p is something a number of PC gamers are doing today. We tested the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition at 1440p with Back 4 Blood, which got a weak set of FPS results. These were, Low: 47 FPS, Medium: 37 FPS, High: 25 FPS and Ultra: 18 FPS. We then checked out Far Cry 6 which had a set of graphics results as followed, L: 0FPS, M: 0FPS, H: 0FPS, U: 0FPS. And another popular game was FIFA 22 that returned L: 102FPS, M: 80FPS, H: 54FPS, U: 39FPS at 1440p. Running games at 1440p with a GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition is going to struggle to keep a solid FPS, but a modern game could have a few options tweaked to get it playable at this res but on low graphics settings.

How many years will the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition graphics card play newly released games and how long until you should consider upgrading the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition in your PC? We think this GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition has around 6-12 months until an upgrade should be considered.

Whats a good PC graphics upgrade for the GeForce GTX 760 WinFast Dual Fan OC 2GB Edition? A good upgrade choice for this graphics card today would be the RX 5000 Series Radeon RX 5500 4GB. For comparison of the 1000 most demanding games around today this suggested upgrade is 72% better and can meet 616 of their recommended requirements. Alternatively we would suggest getting a RX 5000 Series Radeon RX 5300, as it can run 309 of the top 1000 demanding game requirements today with 42% increased graphics performance.
