Overview
GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB is an upcoming high-end Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Maxwell architecture.
Architecture
The first variant of the Maxwell Architecture succeeds the Kepler Architecture. Despite being also manufactured with a 28nm technology, it has an extremely large L2 Cache which allows NVIDIA to produce Graphics Cards with relatively small memory data transfer rates, without causing too much impact on the overall performance. Furthermore, the Shaders have been redesigned and are both more powerful and energy efficient.
GPU
It equips a GPU codenamed GM204-200-KD which has 12 SM activated and thus offers 1536 Shader Processing Units, 96 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The central unit runs at ????MHz and goes up to ????MHz, in Turbo Mode.
Memory
The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 1753MHz.
Features
DirectX 12.0 Support (11.0 Hardware Default) and support for SLI, GameStream, G-SYNC, GPU Boost 2.0, GeForce Experience, PhysX and other technologies.
Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 140W, it requires at least a 450W PSU with one available 6-pin connector.
Performance
Coming Soon!
System Suggestions
We recommend a very strong processor (Intel Core i5 Quad Core/AMD FX Eight Core) and 8GB of RAM for a system with GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB.

looks like a desktop equivalent of the 980m.
Best question, though - will it run TW3 and FO4 maxed out in 1440p? :D
Hard to say at this time, but my guess would be no. It'd probably have more chance at 1080p.
Its going to close the big gap between the 960 and 970..if it gets released
i want to believe
It's like a GTX 970 with less power.
I think the GTX960Ti is just a myth, instead recently we got a "new" 750 Ti with 4GB. I will be happy if I'm wrong though.
There was no big performance gap between GTX 760 and GTX 770 to warrant making a 760 ti version… But GTX 960 is pathetic compared to the 970 as there is a 50% performance gap… The GTX 960 ti is warranted… If Nvidia does not make one, it would be downright idiotic leaving such a gap between the two…
This Graphics is likely to happen due to the fact that the GTX 960 and GTX 970's specs are too far apart.
this card isnt happening
why so sure?
is release date already announced?
Would it be worth me upgrading my GTX 660 to this or the 960?
My PSU is only 300W (I don't know alot about PSUs), ideally I would like to upgrade to a GTX 970 or 980 but don't know if I have the power supply for them, where as the 960 apparently only needs 120W.
I am in your same situation: if u want to get a gtx970 you HAVE to change PSU (500W+) but the gtx960 has similar (a bit lower) power consumption to the gtx660 so you should be fine w/ 300W.Since u have a good CPU if i were u i'd get the 970
Ah okay, cheers for the reply. I recently read that the GTX 960 TI will be in between the power of the 960 and 970. I might just wait and grab a 960 ti since I can't afford to get a new PSU and 970 at the moment.
i've never seen a 300w psu with 2x6pin power connectors.
you are right: his psu (Termaltake Purepower 350W) hasn't got any 6 pins connectors
GTX960 uses 1, GTX970 uses 2
my bad, sorry
how do you know these specs?
