Increasing resolution to 1440p is something a number of PC gamers are doing today. We tested the GeForce GTX 980 Zotac 4GB Edition at 1440p with Back 4 Blood, which got a playable set of FPS results. These were, Low: 113 FPS, Medium: 89 FPS, High: 60 FPS and Ultra: 43 FPS. We then checked out Days Gone which had a set of graphics results as followed, L: 100FPS, M: 79FPS, H: 53FPS, U: 38FPS. And another popular game was Far Cry 6 that returned L: 55FPS, M: 44FPS, H: 29FPS, U: 21FPS at 1440p. Running games at 1440p with a GeForce GTX 980 Zotac 4GB Edition is a reasonable performance fit for this resolution. Some of the more resource intensive games may well need a few graphical tweak to get the most out of the graphics card at this increased resolution.
