FirePro W2100 Game Requirement Analysis

Overview
FirePro W2100 is a Professional Graphics Card based on the Second Revision of the GCN Architecture.

Architecture
The GCN 1.1 Release adds support for AMD's TrueAudio Technology which does calculations of audio effects "better" than the CPU and further improves the Powertune Technology.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Oland PRO which has 5 Compute Units activated and thus offers 320 Shader Processing Units, 20 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The Central Unit Initially Operates at 630MHz and goes up to 680MHz, in Turbo Mode.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 2GB frame buffer of DDR3, through a 128-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is exaggerated and in no way benefits the GPU. The memory clock operates at 900MHz.

Features
DirectX 11.2 Support (11.1 Hardware Default) and support for Crossfire, PowerTune Technology, Eyefinity, App Acceleration, HD3D, ZeroCore Power and other technologies.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 26W, it requires at least a 350W PSU and it relies entirely on the PCI Slot for power, meaning no extra connectors are required.

Performance
FirePro W2100 has a GPU configuration similar to Radeon R7 240 2GB. However, it is under-clocked and does not benefit from the game optimizations through its drivers.
As a result, it may perform over 15% worse than Radeon R7 240 2GB.

System Suggestions
We recommend a Modest Processor (Intel Core i3/AMD FX-4100) and 4GB of RAM for a system with FirePro W2100.
