Radeon R7 M270 Game Requirement Analysis

Overview
Radeon R7 M270 is a Middle-Class Mobile Graphics Card based on the First Revision of the Graphics Core Next (GCN) Architecture.

Architecture
The GCN 1.1 revision of the Graphics Core Next Architecture adds new important technologies and is largely oriented for energy efficiency. New technologies such as PowerTune and TrueAudio are the biggest additions as well as DirectX 11.2 support.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Opal XT which has 6 Compute Units activated and thus offers 384 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 725MHz and goes up to 825MHz, in Turbo Mode.

Memory
The GPU accesses a 4GB frame buffer of DDR3, through a 128-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is exaggerated and in no way benefits the GPU. The Memory Clock Operates at 1000MHz.

Performance
Radeon R7 M270 should be as fast as Radeon R7 M265 and thus offer Performance similar to GeForce GT 740M.

System Suggestions
Radeon R7 M270 is best suited for resolutions up to and including 1366x768. We recommend a Modest Processor and 4GB of RAM for Optimal Performance.
