GeForce GTS 240 is an OEM only, Fast-Middle-Class Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Tesla Architecture.

Tesla was NVIDIA's First Unified Shader Architecture.

It equips a GPU Codenamed G92B which has 7 Stream Multiprocessors activated and thus offers 112 Shader Processing Units, 56 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 675MHz.


Memory
The GPU accesses a 1GB frame buffer of GDDR3, through a 256-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 1100MHz.
