How well can the Titan X Pascal 2016 run games
Nvidia Titan X Pascal 2016
10 Aug 2021 - Graphics card reviewed

This computer hardware provides top end graphics. The Titan X Pascal 2016 will easily meet recommended system requirements of games released today. This is a strong benchmarker on modern games and can often return excellent frame rates at high and ultra 1080p. But the Titan X Pascal 2016 can also run 1440p pc system requirements.

Titan X Pascal 2016 is capable of DirectX 12 gaming requirements.

Here is a quick game performance synopsis for the AAA games played in 2023. In particular we focus on how well the Titan X Pascal 2016 runs at Ultra graphics settings and what frames per second it is getting at 1080p, 1440p and 4K monitor resolutions. In comparison to the game recommended requirements of the 1000 most demanding games played today this PC hardware can run 984.

First we looked at 1080p resolution for the Titan X Pascal 2016 performance to explore what sort of benchmarks it would achieve on the popular title Days Gone and saw it deliver strong frames per second across the following graphics settings - Low: 216 FPS, Medium: 171 FPS, High: 115 FPS and Ultra: 82 FPS. We proceeded to look at Battlefield 2042 to see how that compared and saw that it returned a reasonable 50 FPS at Ultra 1080p.

As the PC gaming masses explore larger screen resolutions we decided to run some game checks at 1440p across a few popular games. We discovered the Titan X Pascal 2016 ran Days Gone to a good performance level. Results across the graphics settings looked like this, Low: 165 FPS, Medium: 130 FPS, High: 88 FPS and Ultra: 63 FPS. Another game tested was Battlefield 2042, L: 101FPS, M: 79FPS, H: 53FPS, U: 38FPS. And then we researched potential graphics card performance on Star Citizen, wih estimates revealing L: 186FPS, M: 147FPS, H: 99FPS, U: 71FPS at 1440p. After a look at the popular games running at 1440p with the Titan X Pascal 2016, this is easily capable of pc gaming across these screen resolutions. Turn the game settings up to Ultra at 1440p. This GPU is also capable of running a solid FPS across a lot of games at 4K resolution as well.

How many years will the Titan X Pascal 2016 graphics card play newly released games and how long until you should consider upgrading the Titan X Pascal 2016 in your PC? 2-3 years of top end gaming before an upgrade

Whats a good PC graphics upgrade for the Titan X Pascal 2016? There are no graphics cards on the current market that would provide a big enough increase in performance to warrant upgrading the Titan X Pascal 2016.

Titan X Pascal 2016 Game Requirement Analysis

The Titan X 2016 uses Pascal architecture and is the latest in Nvidia's top extreme performance Titan graphics card range.

Set to retail at $1200 upon its release on 2nd August 2016. It was originally thought to be called Titan P, but instead almost repeated the naming convention of the older Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan X. However this card is simply called Nvidia Titan X and some refer to it as Titan X Pascal. This is now Nvidia's flagship graphics card and expects to be the most powerful dedicated gaming GPU currently available.
