This is a strong benchmarker on modern games and can often return excellent frame rates at high and ultra 1080p. But the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB can also run 1440p pc system requirements.

Capable of running games with up to a DirectX 12 requirement.

We take a look at game performance achieved on this graphics card when running 2021 popular games. This short GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB game hardware review looks at the graphics card frame rate performance on Ultra graphics settings at 1080p, 1440p and 4K screen resolutions. This graphics hardware can run 984 of the 1000 most demanding PC games played today.

With 1080p being the most common gaming resolution at the moment we explored how well the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB can run Forza Horizon 5 at 1080p and predict it will return strong frame rates at the following graphics settings - Low: 231 FPS, Medium: 182 FPS, High: 123 FPS and Ultra: 88 FPS. For performance contrast we can see that Back 4 Blood is predicted to return a strong 91 FPS at Ultra 1080p.

One of the growing popular screen resolutions for PC gaming is the wider 1440p. So we wanted to see how well the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB performed at 1440p by taking a look at some of the current popular games. First we looked at Forza Horizon 5 and predict it will deliver good frames per second across the following graphics settings - Low: 176 FPS, Medium: 139 FPS, High: 93 FPS and Ultra: 67 FPS. We then checked the performance on Back 4 Blood to predict if that will run well. It is predicted to be good with a 69 FPS at Ultra 1440p. 1440p GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB PC gaming is a solid performer with higher resolution modern gaming. This graphics card can also bump up to 4K gaming regularly with the latest games still being capable of high or ultra graphics settings at this level.

How many years will the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB graphics card play newly released games and how long until you should consider upgrading the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB in your PC? 2-3 years of top end gaming before an upgrade

Whats a good PC graphics upgrade for the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB? There are no graphics cards on the current market that would provide a big enough increase in performance to warrant upgrading the GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming 8GB.
