GPUz gives me this with my i3-M350:
Bus Width: 128 Bit
Bandwidth: 17.3 GB/s
GPU Clock: 373 MHz
Memory: 543 MHz (default 533 MHz)
Pixel Fillrate: 1.5 GPixel/s
Texture Fillrate: 1.5 GTexel/s
Shaders: 12
Memory Type: DDR3

I use Intellimodder32's drivers (Quantic 1.0 R2)

I think the performance of the gfx card is linear to the amount of ram available in the system. My games ran faster after I added more ram to my laptop (from 3gb to 6gb).

Yeah that will definitely help but it won't magically allow you to run games with higher settings :D

That could be because you had one stick of 3GB and by having two sticks of 3GB you put the memory in dual channel. The bus width was 64-bit and with two sticks, went to 128-bit. This doubled the memory bandwidth.

True and untrue ;)
The width won't double but it will use two channels ;)

There will be twice as much bandwidth and if a certain application requires 500MB of video ram, then it will use 250MB of each ram stick (or 150MB/350MB etc etc)

And you can gain 5-15% in performance (depends on how much task relies on RAM) ;)

I've upgraded from 4 to 8 gb ram and not a single frame increased (my 4gb 7 latency (2x2) was 1066mhz and my 8gb 9 latency (2x4) is 1333mhz but my laptop allows max 1066mhz)

I'm using acer aspire 4741-351G32Mn laptop with this GFX but won't be able to play Battlefield 3. It said minimal requirement was directX 10.1 for non-nVidia GFX but i3-350M only has directX 10.0.
