Geforce 405M Game Requirement Analysis
GeForce 405M is the latest addition to the 400M Series released by NVIDIA in 2010-2012.
It's a renamed GeForce 315M, based on the GT218 architecture.
It only supports up to 512MB DDR3/GDDR3 memory type and DirectX 10.1. GeForce 405M is one of the weakest integrated GPUs with dedicated memory currently in the market, it has only 16 Pipelines and so, along with other factors, the performance is very limited.
Therefore, the most demanding games are probably unplayable even at the lowest settings while demanding games should run fluently at low settings. Less demanding games will run fluently from medium to high settings, depending on the amount of video memory required, since GeForce 405M only has up to 512MB.
