The PS4 variant technically contains 2 Athlon 5150s together as a single unit, but semi-custom with GDDR5 + garlic/onion memory bus (increasing bandwidth), as well as very low level multithreaded-capable API (GNM). Also, PS4 can use GPGPU to alleviate any thread-intensive jobs. So the PS4's CPU is more capable.
