It's best to keep ram the same. Getting a Core 2 Quad nowadays for less than 50$ is hard, so you will be looking at a second hand one. A good card to go with the machine is GT 640, but with some clever overclocking on the GT 630, you don't need to buy a better card.

2 Steps;
Step1 Pentium is a worst CPU because its 1 Core 2 Thread "Intel Hyper Threading Tech" Is so bad to me (I have AMD FX 8350 :D)
Step2 GPU is not CPU (Pentium is a CPU!) GPU=Graphics Card
So, you don't have "The Best" GPU.
Your GPU is not so good (I've ATI Readon 8990M Crossfire) :)

No. Because this cpu have weak architecture that's why it good 6 marks. And one more thing now a days core 2 quad is old if you want 4 core you can go with core i5 or core i7 Quad.

Bottleneck happens when a system component hold's back another. Imagine you pair a very weak Pentium 4 with an extremely powerful GeForce GTX 680 - the Pentium 4 will hold back GeForce GTX 680 and games won't be maxed out because of him, in other words, Pentium 4 bottlenecks GeForce GTX 680.
