FX-4100 Game Requirement Analysis

FX-4100 is a middle-class CPU based on the 32nm Bulldozer architecture.

It offers 4 Physical Cores (4 Logical), initially clocked at 3.6GHz, which may go up to 3.7GHz and 8MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Core and Virtualization are activated and the clock multiplier is unlocked, meaning it can be overclocked easily.

The processor DOES NOT integrated any graphics. and has a rated board TDP of 95W.

It offers average performance. It will therefore become a bottleneck in today's demanding games.

nope sorry. your MB is socket AM2+/AM3 and this cpu is AM3+. the best cpu you could get is a Phenom II x6 1100t which is still a great cpu with 6 cores.

Would I be able to max most games out with the GTX650 Ti? And would it work good with a 1920 x 1080 res?

You could max some games, like CoD Black Ops 2 and Bioshock Infinite with no AA at 1080p, but most of the other games like Crysis 3, Metro Last Light, Battlefield 4 (when it releases) and probably even Battlefield 3 you would not be able to max at that resolution. For the most part, it would work pretty good with that resolution

Well I am not looking to upgrade from this PC, but I saw a nice PC along with 8GB RAM, but no OS pre-installed for about 399€, which is a bargain!

It is a little weak for your GPU. I would recommend at least an FX-6300, preferably an FX-8350

4100 will bottleneck gtx760 but not much
If you own it, overclock it to 4,2-4,4Ghz
If you want to buy it, get FX-6300/6350/8320 instead
