Quake IV

GeForce GT 930 2GB

Low Vs Ultra GeForce GT 930 2GB Performance Review

The experience of playing Quake IV through a 5 year old GeForce GT 930 2GB is going to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. And those results are assuming a 1920x1080 screen resolution at High setting level.

Playing Quake IV on Ultra 4k is certainly possible with this graphics card and we expect it will return around 200+ frames per second at that top scale resolution.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Quake IV. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 0.512GB of RAM. You must also have an equally strong supporting CPU to get the 4K Ultra running smoothly.

To summarise, we are in the realms of who gives a crap, when looking at game hardware demands, because the GeForce GT 930 2GB card will play Quake IV at Ultra settings almost regardless of the screen resolutions. 4K Ultra will get 200+ frame rate, 1440p can deliver 200+ FPS, and the lower resolution of 1080p comes in at 200+ frames per second.
