Getting the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 running while using a GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB can see it could get a very strong 200+ FPS. Those frames are achieved on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.
When looking at the recommended requirements for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 we can see that this GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB is far better served running it on Ultra even at 4K, where it would achieve 200+FPS. But it could cost around $1.91 per FPS at 4K. Compare this to Ultra 1440p, which is a more reasonable $1.14 per FPS.
The GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB along with the right system memory, 2GB, is very capable of getting top FPS results even at 4K Ultra graphics settings. We would recommend 4K as the way to go here. Especially if you have a Intel Core i7-4790K 4-Core 4.0GHz processor or better.
In summary, the GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB is clearly an overpowered bit of hardware for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, but it certainly gives you the choice of desired in game visuals. With 1080p Ultra coming in at 200+ FPS, then you have 1440p Ultra with 200+ frames per second and on up to 4K resolution Ultra will see 200+ FPS.
