Black & White packshot image
The player takes on the role of a god ruling over an island populated by various tribes. The player's control over the island is manifested in the Hand, an animated on-screen hand which can move or throw people and objects, tap houses to wake their occupants, cast miracles, and do many other things. Use of the keyboard and buttons in the game is deliberately low; to add to the sense of realism, the (usually) mouse-controlled hand can perform every function in the game. In later patches, the Hand can also be controlled by an Essential Reality P5 Glove, a consumer-level virtual reality glove that is no longer for sale.

GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB Performance Review

Running a GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB to play Black & White shows us that we expect it to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. With that performance recorded at 1920x1080 res when running High graphics.

Playing Black & White on Ultra 4k is certainly possible with this graphics card and we expect it will return around 200+ frames per second at that top scale resolution.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Black & White. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 0.032GB of RAM. Perhaps couple this gaming PC with a processor that's as powerful as the Intel Core i9-9900K 8-Core 3.6GHz and Ultra 4K would be a smooth experience.

To summarise, this game runs easily using this graphics card at all resolutions. Black & White gets 200+ FPS at 4K Ultra costing $0.07 per frame. But if that doesnt feel right for you then you can drop the graphics setting down to High for 200+ FPS costing $0.05 per frame. Otherwise you can get some great performance by moving down a resolution bracket to 1440p. 200+ FPS in Ultra 1440p costing $0.04 per frame or 1440p High gets 200+ FPS costing $0.03 per frame.
