Radeon RX 5900

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 5900 Performance Review

The experience of playing Type 3 through a 1 year old Radeon RX 5900 is going to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. Those frames are achieved on Type 3 when being played at 1920x1080 screen resolution and on High graphics.

With such a strong 1080p performance the Radeon RX 5900 overshadows the Type 3 recommended specs. Push things up to Ultra 4K and we still get 200+ frames per sec.

Crank things up is what we say. Ultra 4K is our recommended game settings for Type 3, as long as you have 2GB of RAM or more. A good processor component to help with these settings would be the AMD Ryzen 7 2700X.

To summarise, we are in the realms of who gives a crap, when looking at game hardware demands, because the Radeon RX 5900 card will play Type 3 at Ultra settings almost regardless of the screen resolutions. 4K Ultra will get 200+ frame rate, 1440p can deliver 200+ FPS, and the lower resolution of 1080p comes in at 200+ frames per second.
