Eternal Step

GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB Performance Review

Running a GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB to play Eternal Step shows us that we expect it to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. With that performance recorded at 1920x1080 res when running High graphics.

Playing Eternal Step on Ultra 4k is certainly possible with this graphics card and we expect it will return around 200+ frames per second at that top scale resolution.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Eternal Step. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 2GB of RAM. Perhaps couple this gaming PC with a processor that's as powerful as the Intel Core i9-9900K 8-Core 3.6GHz and Ultra 4K would be a smooth experience.

To summarise, this game runs easily using this graphics card at all resolutions. Eternal Step gets 200+ FPS at 4K Ultra costing $1.15 per frame. But if that doesnt feel right for you then you can drop the graphics setting down to High for 200+ FPS costing $0.82 per frame. Otherwise you can get some great performance by moving down a resolution bracket to 1440p. 200+ FPS in Ultra 1440p costing $0.69 per frame or 1440p High gets 200+ FPS costing $0.49 per frame.
