As Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear would say.. MORE POOOOOOWER! The power pack is designed for those of you who can’t get enough horsepower under your right foot. Three high profile exotic GT sportscars (Pagani Zonda R, BMW M3 GT2, Matech GT 1) ready to hammer around new tracks from both sides of the old iron curtain. Mid-Ohio is often named “best road course” in the US, Chayka is the first track out of former Soviet Union to make it to a SimBin title.

GT Power Expansion

GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile Performance Review

After playing GT Power Expansion on a GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile it will get a very strong 200+ FPS. That base FPS is at 1080p and High visual settings.

As this is a relatively powerful GPU, especially when comparing it to GT Power Expansion rec requirements, it would make more sense if you pushed it up to 1440p or 4K, where even at Ultra 4K graphics settings the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile will still get a solid 200+ FPS.

With a system housing a graphics card like the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile and some 2GB RAM, we will see a strong 4K Ultra result in GT Power Expansion.

In summary, the performance delivered by this graphics card easily overpowers that needed by GT Power Expansion. We expect to get a very strong frame rate of 200+ FPS at 1080p Ultra, but would advise moving up to 1440p Ultra to get 200+ frames per second or even 200+ FPS at 4K Ultra as the GeForce RTX 3080 8GB Mobile can handle this. It just comes down to your preferred resolution then tweak your graphics settings to deliver the desired effects, without a care for performance.
