Low Vs Ultra GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB Performance Review
Playing Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced on the GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB, which is a 6 year old graphics card will likely get a very strong 93 FPS. And those results are assuming a 1920x1080 screen resolution at High setting level.
The 51 FPS on 1440p Ultra setting is a great way of running this game with this GPU. You can still consider pushing it up to 4K, where it can get 42FPS on High 4K or perhaps drop it to Medium 4K, where it increases to 63 FPS. Another way to look at it is $5.86 for each frame per second, when using the GPU launch price.
Not all resolutions at Ultra graphics settings are available to the GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB, but we would certainly recommend 1080p Ultra when playing Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced with this graphics card.
To summarise, we feel that with the GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB you can enjoy Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced at 1440p resolution pretty comfortably. The graphics card is going to run smoother on High 1440p rather than Ultra, where it would be getting 51 FPS. But when run on 1440p High it would get 71 FPS, and at Medium 105 FPS and then on Low it would return 134 FPS. The GeForce GTX 960 Ti 2GB would also be good at 1080p Ultra, getting 67 FPS.
