Fairway Solitaire packshot image
Fairway Solitaire presents users with a modified type of solitaire card game with a creative and occasionally funny theme of golf. In the game, cards double as golf clubs and playing cards. Much like a professional golfer, a player in Fairway Solitaire must play his way through a collection of courses (70 in all) with each course offering a different challenge. Once the challenge is met, the next course is unlocked and the player can advance in the tournament.

Fairway Solitaire

Radeon RX 570 4GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 570 4GB Performance Review

Getting the Fairway Solitaire running while using a Radeon RX 570 4GB can see it could return a consistently high 140 frame rate. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

And so following those results you could of course play this at 1080p, but this GPU is somewhat wasted at that resolution. We would suggest running Fairway Solitaire at 4K Ultra instead, where the Radeon RX 570 4GB would still get 45 FPS at these performance hungry settings and resolution. When considering the GPUs release price, this comes in at $3.76 per Ultra 4K FPS or $2.22 at 1440p Ultra.

In summary, the Radeon RX 570 4GB is clearly an overpowered bit of hardware for Fairway Solitaire, but it certainly gives you the choice of desired in game visuals. With 1080p Ultra coming in at 100 FPS, then you have 1440p Ultra with 76 frames per second and on up to 4K resolution Ultra will see 45 FPS.
