Running a Radeon RX 5300 XT 4GB to play F1 2020 shows us that we expect it to result in a passable 56 FPS. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

Although Ultra 1440p might be a bit too much for this GPU, it would return 43 FPS on High graphics setting.

Low vs Ultra summary, certainly a good resolution range for this game would be 1080p. F1 2020 will get a 1080p Low 106 FPS, or 1080p Medium 83 FPS, and a passable 1080p High 56 FPS, whereas the 1080p Ultra can still get up to 40 FPS.
