Viewing the performance found on the 5 year old Radeon RX 480X 4GB while playing Hyper Scape we quickly see it can deliver a solid 85 FPS. And those results are assuming a 1920x1080 screen resolution at High setting level.
Radeon RX 480X 4GB can run at 46 FPS at 1440p on Ultra graphics settings, but increasing resolution to 4K for better visuals can be achieved on Medium graphics setting, returning 57FPS.
